We are used to serving vegetables baked, fried or stewed. And indeed, many of them become edible only after prolonged heat treatment. But we can also point out vegetables that can be eaten raw. This will make them more useful and tastier.
1. Cauliflower - a crunchy snack for those on a diet
If you adhere to the rules of healthy eating, eat raw cauliflower. In this way it preserves the body's useful antioxidants and plant proteins.
Even a brief heat treatment results in the loss of a significant proportion of useful substances. Plus, it's much more appetizing - juicy, crunchy.
Divide cob cauliflower into small inflorescences, wash thoroughly and serve on a table.

2. Broccoli - succulent, fragrant vegetables on the table

Broccoli is much faster than other vegetables and turns yellow and wilted. Cabbage must be wrapped in polyethylene or in a sealed container before putting it in the refrigerator. Thus, they retain their beautiful appearance and useful properties for longer.
3.Brussels sprouts - snacks and garnish for meat in healthy eating
Try the Brussels sprouts raw. This will provide you with valuable folic acid and vitamin C, many of which are evaporated by heat treatment.
