Use of the phone while lying down is dangerous

The University of California's recent research on mobile phone use has warned consumers that using a cellphone can be harmful to the body and mind. Research shows that the rays emitted from the smartphone screen affect the eyes and force the brain to wake up. 

According to research, if your sleep is affected and you fall asleep for 5 to 6 hours, the process of cleaning the toxins inside the body does not work properly. These toxic effects then reside in the body, affecting the ability to focus, short-term memory impacts, and the ability to solve problems. The result of low sleep also increases the tendency for people to use harmful diets, which increases the risk of diseases such as obesity, diabetes and blood pressure.

Moderation is the first prerequisite for the use of anything, so even with the use of mobile, the balance gets messed up.
